We are very pleased to be able to inform you that AVB team doo conducted negotiations with the SEAF Investment Fund (SEAF Serbia Impact Fund B.V. www.seaf.com) in the past period. On 14 June 2019, we officially signed the Agreement on Investment / Increase in Capital and SEAF became a co-owner of AVB team with a 33% stake. SEAF is an investment fund established in Washington in 1989 and has so far invested in 22 countries worldwide. Its portfolio includes 500 million US dollars’ worth of capital and in Serbia the company has invested in Gomex, Bio Špajz, Adore Chocolate, PC Centar, Tetragon. Logo Holding, A2B express, etc.
For AVB team, this is a significant step in achieving a higher level of services, and the resources at our disposal allow us to invest in the expansion of production and launch of new services that we will provide in the market.
The very process of selection and choice of AVB team, which currently employs some 450 workers, by SEAF testify to our successful, legitimate and professional work so far.
